ORIGIN at Dunham Massey.

A bespoke version of our deep listening project taking inspiration from history and gardens of this National Trust property and 300 acre deer sanctuary.

ORIGIN will return to Dunham Massey May to November 2026.  More information here.

This autumn we will be revisiting Beyond The Road, our collaboration with James Lavelle and UNKLE, in a new form at the Polygon Portal in Soho, London.

Originally presented at Saatchi Gallery in 2019, Beyond The Road occupied more than 25 rooms and brought together sound, light, film and contemporary art in what NME described as a "walk-through album. Here is a link to the piece that Jon Snow and Channel 4 news ran on its opening.

Following its London presentation, the work transferred to ALT.1 Gallery at The Hyundai Seoul with
Ms Jackson for a six-month run in 2021 in the midst of the pandemic.

For Polygon Portal, we have returned to the project's initial starting point:
the music itself.

Working with Salvador Garza-Fisburn who engineered the sound for the original experience, and with support from L-Acoustics, we are creating an exclusive spatial audio presentation that distils the sonic world of Beyond The Road into a single immersive environment offering the opportunity to experience the project through listening alone.

When Beyond The Road was first conceived, conversations around intentional listening and spatial audio were still relatively niche. Today, both have become a much larger part of our cultural landscape. It feels like the right moment to revisit the project and present it in a form that places listening firmly at its centre.

On 15 October, the presentation will be followed by an intimate conversation with James Lavelle and ourselves, reflecting on the origins of the project, its evolution, and what it means to return to it seven years later.

Capacity for both the listening session and the conversation is limited. We hope to see some of you there.

Further information and tickets are available via the Polygon Portal.
